TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
refunds and returns
::
privacy policy
Please ensure that you have read and
understood all the sections of our terms and conditions of enrolment
BEFORE you enrol. All enrolments are processed upon the basis that
students have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of
the college, including our privacy policy and agree to comply fully with
them. We strongly recommend that you print out and keep a copy of this
page for your own records.
-
Course fees are fully
inclusive of all course materials, texts and tutorial support, but do
not include students' personal stationery or postage incurred in the
submission of assignments.
-
All study materials become
the property of the student upon full payment of course fees.
-
The college has a refund
policy where refunds will be accepted on course fees within the 28 day
approval period, subject to all materials being returned to the college
in condition as sold. Refunds are usually processed within a 30 day
period from receipt of the returned course materials. After the 28 day
approval period has expired we will not consider any refund. Students
can transfer their course, or put their studies on hold to be resumed at
a later date within a six month period following the date of enrolment.
The college reserves the right to charge the student a small
administration cost for refunds or transfers. Please also see our refund
policy for online enrolments below.
-
Course materials are
generally dispatched in two stages depending on the course enrolled
upon. The first section of your course is usually dispatched within ten
working days following the date of enrolment. The second section is
dispatched according to the individual's progress on the course.
-
Students failing to
achieve a pass on their first examination attempt may resit the course
free of charge within a period of six months following the date of
failure of the first examination.
-
Academic, administrative
and telephone tutorial services are provided from Monday to Friday
inclusive, from the hours of 09:00am GMT or BST until 17:00pm GMT or BST
in accordance with the academic year. You may contact your tutor at any
time by email or fax.
-
Course work submitted to
the college for marking will not be returned and is sent entirely at the
responsibility of the student. Students are advised to keep copies of
all work submitted to the college.
-
The college may close for
a short recess during the summer months during which time tutorial
services may become restricted or temporarily unavailable. Students are
usually notified by their personal tutor of the period when tutorial
services will be restricted or temporarily unavailable. Services may
also be restricted during bank and public holidays.
-
All study materials
provided by the college are intended only for individual personal use
and are protected under English and International copyright laws and
conventions, and may not be published, copied, sold, broadcast, or
otherwise reproduced or distributed.
-
Whilst every care has been
taken in the provisions of this website, associated study services and
study materials and texts, no liability can be accepted for the use,
misuse or inappropriate use of the provisions, study services, and study
materials and texts. Students enrolling on a course acknowledge such by
their acceptance of the terms and conditions of their enrolment.
