Overview: A popular and comprehensive course for those looking to
understand more about themselves and others, with the aim of helping
people deal with the problems and difficulties in their life. With our
Counselling and therapy course, you'll gain the skills you need to work as
a counsellor and set up your own counselling practice, helping clients
deal with a wide range of emotional disorders and problems.
All the fundamental counselling skills and techniques are covered,
including models of behaviour and psychology, behavioural and emotional
disorders, counselling skills and effective therapeutic responses. There
are a number of case studies to work through, as well as practical advice
on setting up your own practice.
Support:

Assessment:
This course includes a number of tutor marked assessments that you
complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor. These
